Dr. Steven Hill is the Executive Director for the Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism. GTACCT is a regional entity supporting economic development & civic improvement within Pender & Onslow counties to include the communities of Hampstead, Holly Ridge, North Topsail Beach, Sneads Ferry, Surf City, Scotts Hill & Topsail Beach. Prior to his current role, Dr. Hill has served in local & state government for over 30 years - most recently as Superintendent for Pender & Bertie Counties. He also served as Executive Director for the STEM East Network, a regional ECU and NCEA economic development & workforce development initiative, as well as multiple other public service positions throughout his career.
