After representing staffing companies for many years as an employment attorney, Wayne co-founded PS Solutions in 2009. Wayne is responsible for business development and strategic planning for PS Solutions, and managing the Carolina's office. Active in his community, Wayne is a Past President of the Easter Seals Society of Central PA, served on the Home Nursing Association Board of Directors and the Blair Concert Chorale Board. He also served as the Mayor of the City of Altoona as well as two terms as Altoona City Councilman. Wayne was elected and served as Chair of the Government Study Commission, responsible for rewriting the government functions of the City of Altoona. He was elected as a Director of the Altoona Area School Board in 2015. Wayne earned a BS in Finance from Penn State University and a JD from the National Law Center at George Washington University.
