Sonja Cook

As a military spouse, I have dedicated the last two+ decades to raising my family and volunteering with local schools, church, and within the community wherever we've been stationed across the country and overseas. I'm a graduate from Eastern Virginia Medical School with a MS in Art Therapy. I have a passion for art and DIY and believe that everyone has the ability to create – that everyone is an artist in their own way – and am convinced of the therapeutic process of art.
