Jody has over three decades of leadership and coaching experience in the Navy and the corporate space. Throughout his Navy career Jody’s been to every leadership course the military had to offer and coached countless people, organizations and teams to success. Jody spent the last decade of his career advising two-star & three-star General Officers with organizations of more than 45k service members and civilians. Outside the military he’s coached executives, small business owners, and worked with multi-billion dollar companies to develop leaders, improve culture, communication, and team-dynamics. Jody is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Authentic Leadership Coach (CALC), and CALC Faculty Instructor. He's also certified in EQ-i 2.0, Tilt 365, DiSC and Forte suites of assessments and holds a Master of Science in Emergency and Disaster Management (MSEDM).
