We are seeking a results oriented and driven Community Manager for a 100+ unit Apartment Community in Wilmington, N.C.

Our ideal candidate will be well versed in all aspects of property management including budget oversight, marketing, financial reporting, maintenance and operations. The Community Manager is responsible for reporting to the management company and owners on a weekly basis and must be confident in the information relayed and able to balance multiple projects.

The Community Manager will be responsible for all aspects of a two-person office with two full time service team member. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong team member with a passion for maximizing revenue, marketing, problem solving, property operations and people! We emphasize strong leasing and customer service, with the goal of generating strong income results. Prior marketing, leasing, renovation/rehab, budgeting experience and results are essential! Three years prior property management experience required! Some Saturdays are required.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
