Posted: 02/26/2025Join our team managing office, retail, industrial, and medical properties in Southeastern NC and SC. Collaborate with accounting, maintenance, and property management staff to ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and meet company standards.
We manage office, retail, industrial and medical buildings in Southeastern North Carolina and South Carolina. As a property manager, you will be charged with the day-to-day tasks that ensure the commercial properties are well maintained and operated and compliant with property management agreements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent tenant service and resolve issues promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with property owners and provide operational updates.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and upkeep.
- Oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring quality work and adherence to contracts.
- Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and coordinate legal actions when necessary.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial variance reports.
- Coordinate capital projects, from bidding to execution.
- Administer insurance coverage and address liability claims.
- Oversee tenant move-ins/outs, lease compliance, and enforcement of property agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferred).
- 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience (required).
- Valid NC real estate license (required).
- Knowledge of commercial buildings, leases, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software like Yardi (preferred).
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining client confidentiality.
- The ability to manage and work on multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
Note: Applicants without 3-5 years of experience and a valid NC real estate license will not be considered.
