I am a licensed residential real estate broker/REALTOR with Intracoastal Realty and help both home buyers and sellers in the residential space. With my extensive home renovation experience, I love helping clients find homes with good bones and then connecting them with the right contractor/design partners to help them create the home of their dreams.

Dave’s role has evolved over 30 years w/ A+S from drafter in 1993 to his current COO role where he is responsible for overseeing company operations and starting our newest office in Wilmington, NC. His business and broad engineering background brings a unique skill set to the company, and he upholds the firm’s commitment to community engagement through volunteering with many local non-profits such as the Greater Salisbury Committee, Salisbury Environmental Task Force, Boy Scouts of America, ACE Mentoring and BSL Planning Board.

Since working at Wilmington Business Journal, I have earned the recognition as a top-performing Marketing Consultant. Having owned a small business gives me experience in consultative leadership and strategic guidance for small private businesses. My ability to listen and work with clients guarantees a lasting relationship.
