Her impressive career includes roles such as Vice President at Denison Consulting, Executive Director of the Executive Leadership Program at George Washington University, and Faculty in Organizational Leadership Studies at Northeastern University. Additionally, she served as Principal & Vice President of the Consulting Practice at A23 Advisors.
Margaret’s professional journey has been marked by her ability to lead and build programs in organizations undergoing growth and transformation. Her previous experience at a global management consulting firm involved working with Fortune 500 clients to enhance performance by improving culture and engagement. As an accomplished author, researcher, consultant, educator, and administrator, Margaret has made significant contributions to the field.
Her educational background includes a PhD in Executive Leadership from George Washington University, where she conducted a dissertation on "Creating Organizational Knowledge During Transformational Change in Financial Services and Energy Industry." She also holds an MA in Organization Development Change Leadership from George Washington University and a BA in Education from the State University of New York, Teachers College. Margaret has furthered her expertise with an "AI and Leadership Certification" from MIT Executive Education.
