Public Policy Meeting

Please join us for the upcoming Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. The meeting will take place at the Wilmington Chamber office located at 1 Estell Lee Place, Wilmington, NC 28401.

The primary purpose of this committee is to closely monitor legislative and regulatory matters at the local, state, and federal levels, all while advocating for the business interests of our membership.
 
This month, our guest speaker will be Ernie Bovio, Coastal region and Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center President. Oversight of the Coastal region includes Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center, Novant Health Pender Medical Center, Novant Health New Hanover Orthopedic Hospital and the future Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Center.

If you plan to attend in person, please enter through the gate on the left side of the building, facing the Cape Fear River. Ample parking is available either in our parking lot or at the nearby Wilmington Convention Center parking deck.
 
We recognize that not all guests may be able to join us in person, and to accommodate everyone, we are offering a virtual option for attendance. Please note that these meetings are exclusive to members and not open to nonmembers.
