Public Policy Meeting
Join us for the upcoming Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Committee meeting on Tuesday, January 23, from 8:30 am to 9:45 am. The meeting will be held at the chamber office located downtown at 1 Estell Lee Place, Wilmington, NC 28401.
The primary purpose of this committee is to closely monitor legislative and regulatory matters at the local, state, and federal levels, all while passionately advocating for the business interests of our diverse membership.
We're excited to share that our January meeting will host guests: New Hanover and Pender County District Attorney Ben David and Wilmington Police Department Chief Donny Williams, who will discuss public safety, crime prevention efforts underway, and opportunities for collaboration between law enforcement and the business community.
If you plan to attend in person, please enter through the gate on the left side of the building, facing the Cape Fear River. Ample parking is available either in our parking lot or at the nearby Wilmington Convention Center parking deck.
We recognize that not all guests may be able to join us in person, and to accommodate everyone, we are offering a virtual option for attendance. Please note that these meetings are exclusive to members and not open to nonmembers.
We look forward to a productive and engaging meeting as we discuss critical policy matters and work together to further the interests of our business community. See you there!
