Oyster Roast 2022
The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce invites chamber members to enjoy a feast of fresh oysters and shrimp on the banks of the Cape Fear River!
Join us on Friday, November 4, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce riverfront lawn for a chance to mingle with fellow business professionals and enjoy live entertainment at this fun outdoor event.
Former chamber board member, Windell Daniels, wanted to create a special event to thank our members for investing in the work of our chamber. Since its inception, board members (and a team of very special volunteers from First Citizens Bank) have worked this event by preparing the oysters and shrimp for our attendees.
TICKETS & SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
Tickets are available for $75 each and include all-you-can-eat oysters, shrimp, an open bar, beer & wine, and musical entertainment. Please note there will not be vegetarian options available at this event.
This event has become one of the most popular members-only events that we host each year. To learn more about sponsorship opportunities, please contact Megan Mullins at mullins@wilmingtonchamber.org.
WHAT TO EXPECT
After parking, find your way to the main entry gates to check-in. Chamber Ambassadors and staff will provide registered attendees with name tags which will serve as your ticket. Ambassadors will then direct our guests to the bars and food stations.
WHAT TO WEAR
Guests can plan for a Smart Casual style at our event.
The temperatures in North Carolina in November can be quite cold with temperatures between 44°F and 60°F, so warm clothes are a must.
