Join fellow alumni at this lunch and learn. What comes to mind when you think of 'resilience?' What do resilient people have in common? Join training and development senior analyst Bo Dean from New Hanover County Government, as he takes you on a journey through exploring personal and community biologically based resilience, addressing toxic stress and trauma, and how local county government developed an nationally recognized means to integrate this model for their staff with skills and a perspective towards cultivating a resilient workplace and workforce that you can do for you and your place of work as well!
