Join us for the Wilmington Chamber's Annual Elected Officials Appreciation BBQ—an exclusive gathering designed for members of the business community to engage with elected officials across New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, and Columbus counties. It's an occasion to extend gratitude to these dedicated leaders who continuously work towards the betterment of our community, all while relishing in delectable food and fun.
Food/Beverage & Entertainment
Guests will enjoy succulent BBQ pulled pork and fried chicken, baked beans, green beans, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, house salad, hush puppies and banana pudding prepared by MeMa’s Chick’n’ & Ribs.Guests will also be able to enjoy an open bar with perfectly paired beer and wine, while live music from the Sons of Earl sets the mood for a fun evening.
Suggested Dress
The suggested attire is business casual. Please be comfortable and mindful of your shoes in the grass.
Parking Information
There will be free parking for all attendees in the Cape Fear Community College Nutt Street Parking Deck, Please do not park in the Convention Center parking deck.

Exclusively for members, tickets are priced at $95 each, with the deadline for purchase set at 11:55 PM on Wednesday, May 29.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies
The registration fees for Chamber events, classes, and seminars are non-refundable. If you choose not to attend an event, class, or seminar that you registered for, you agree to forfeit the fee. If an event, class, or seminar is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded.
