APRIL OPEN FORUM:
Dr. Mouhcine Guettabi, Regional Economist at UNCW's Swain Center, will provide an update on Wilmington's economic performance as compared to other areas in the state. He will provide an outlook on our local and regional economy, cost of living versus cost of labor and other trends impacting our area.
