We are excited to introduce Madeline Eckel as our new Marketing and Member Engagement Specialist at the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce. In this role, Madeline is dedicated to driving membership growth and engagement, while also providing essential marketing support to the Chamber. Her primary responsibilities include managing marketing and communication initiatives, supporting sales efforts, overseeing CRM reporting, and ensuring our members experience high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Madeline is a proud Wilmington native and a graduate of New Hanover High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Clemson University, where she excelled academically, making the President’s List and participating in the Honors College. During her time at Clemson, Madeline was actively involved in Tri Delta and Clemson Women in Business, which helped her develop strong leadership and teamwork skills.
With a diverse skill set that includes sales, social media management, graphic and web design, teamwork, and time management, Madeline is well-equipped to contribute to our team. Her professional experience includes internships at Cape Fear Commercial and Live Oak Bank, where she gained valuable insights into the business world. Additionally, she served as the Advertising Manager for The Tiger, Clemson’s student newspaper, further honing her marketing and communications expertise.
Madeline is passionate about business and deeply committed to community development. She is eager to bring her talents to the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, where she will play a key role in our ongoing success and growth.
