2025 - Leadership Wilmington Alumni Council Lunch and Learn: Transformational Leadership: Skills and Approaches
This event is only open to current Leadership Wilmington Alumni Council members or graduates of the Leadership Wilmington program.

12:00pm-1:00pm Transformational Leadership is a specific approach focused on achieving organizational change. Transformational leaders intentionally emphasize a strengths-based engagement style and pursue high levels of motivation and achievement by developing vision, building commitment and empowering others. Session attendees will explore this leadership style, build related skills and enhance their leadership practice.
Lunch will be provided so registration is required.
