Learn how to take your business mobile and be a part of Wilmington’s Official mobile app network on Tuesday, April 7th. Stop by anytime between 2:00-6:00 pm.
The world has gone mobile. Has your business? The partnership between the Wilmington Chamber, Wilmington and Beaches Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB), City of Wilmington and mobile app developer Appycity to create Wilmington’s official mobile app network has grown to include more than 50 area attractions and schools. To help connect Wilmington residents and visitors to information resources, Appycity is developing and linking mobile apps for each of the following attractions and organizations:
Wilmington Chamber of Commerce
Wilmington & Beaches Convention & Visitors Bureau
City of Wilmington
New Hanover County Schools (all 35)
NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher
New Hanover Regional Medical Center
Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts
Cape Fear Museum
Wilmington Children’s Museum
Cameron Art Museum
Bellamy Mansion and more.
Wilmington’s “digital dome” links all of these apps through a “City Life” button on each app, providing incredible potential exposure for your business. Every time someone downloads one of the apps, they will be connected to information about those businesses who have subscribed to the service. Join us at the Chamber to speak with Appycity representatives on Tuesday, April 7th any time between 2:00-6:00 pm and learn how your business can have an app page where you can post information about your business, coupons, special events, deals, photos, video and much more. Questions? Contact Scott Czechlewski at 762-2611 ext. 216.
